For all packages, we provide you with the information and vouchers necessary via email the week prior to your departure. If you have not yet received your travel documents, try checking the spam or junk folders of your mailbox. Still, if you have not yet been contacted, expect an email from us shortly.

What documents do I need to travel?

Before booking, we recommend that you check the validity of any government issued IDs required for travel (Passport, Drivers License). In preparation for your trip, we recommend that you check the government website for the most up-to-date entry requirements and travel advisories for your destination country and city. On the day of your departure, bring all the documents related to your package.

What is the cancellation policy and can I modify my booking?
